My order is missing items
Every order that leaves our warehouse is run through a quality control process, but occasionally items are missed.
In the event you are missing an item, first check to ensure that the part requested is not on back-order as noted on your packing slip. If the item should be there and is not, please call our office within 48 hours of noticing the issue. We are unable to provide support for missing items after 48 hours of delivery.
Also, double check that you received all parcels in the order, as larger orders may be split into multiple shipment boxes. When you view the tracking number, it will note package 1 of X and the additional packages will have their own tracking numbers. While most carriers are able to deliver all packages that leave our dock at the same time, sometimes they do get separated in transit and arrive a day later.
